Sustainable development is not a one-time or short-term measure, but a strategy that must be followed consistently. Only in this way can stable improvement of the environmental situation and the well-being of society be achieved.

ASPEC's sustainable development initiatives

ASPEC cares about the environmental situation in the world. All our actions within the holding are aimed at laying a fertile foundation for a happy tomorrow and consciously protecting nature.

  1. We build energy-efficient homes, where low energy consumption is combined with a comfortable microclimate:
  2. Exterior lighting with a photorelay. By connecting such a device to the exterior lighting system, it is possible to automate the switching on/off of lights and link them to the street lighting level. This will significantly reduce electricity consumption by ensuring that lights are only switched on when necessary.
  3. Elevators with energy recuperation, allowing energy to be returned back to the supply network.
  4. Eco-friendly small architectural forms in the courtyards of residential complexes through the use of natural materials.
  5. Energy-saving lamps with motion or sound sensors on the streets.
  6. We plant large-sized trees in developing residential districts.
  7. We practice waste separation at our enterprises.
  8. We demonstrate a humane attitude towards animals, ensuring natural keeping conditions: watering and feeding at any time with the possibility of walking, gentle treatment schemes.
  9. We grow plants (grain crops) in our own fields without using chemically synthesized fertilizers, pesticides, etc. In doing so, we provide animals with environmentally clean feed and prevent soil contamination with chemical stimulants.
  10. We produce environmentally clean products, without using GMOs, antibiotics, growth hormones, or chemical food additives in the animals' feed base, ensuring clean and safe produce.

All these actions are aimed at improving the quality of life in the future and fostering a responsible attitude towards the environment in society. We keep up with the times, we care about the future, we are changing the world for the better together
